The Lay Pastoral Ministry Institute (LPMI) is a program of Ministry Formation sponsored by the Diocese of St. Petersburg. The aim of the Institute is to assist the laity in the development of the knowledge skills they need for a variety of roles in ministry, particularly related to leadership.
