In conjunction with the National Eucharistic Revival, there will be a Eucharistic Congress held in Indianapolis, Indiana next summer, from July 17, 2024 to July 21, 2024. The organizers are anticipating a gathering of almost 80,000 Catholics from all over the country. Any parishioners who are interested are invited to attend. Based upon the information currently available, the group rate for the five day conference is $299.00 per person, which does not include lodging, meals or transportation. The Bishops of the United States have called for a three year grassroots revival focusing on the belief in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist.
Currently we are in the second year, which calls parishes to provide opportunities to restore understanding of and devotion to the Eucharist. We, the faithful, nurtured by our own renewal, will go forth to love and serve our brothers and sisters, especially the poor and marginalized.
