All women of the parish, confirmation age or above, are invited to join the Holy Family Council of the Catholic Women, which was formed in 1957, when 75 women of the parish came together to develop a service organization to grow the spiritual needs of the women of our parish, while supporting the physical needs of the parish.
For over the 66 years, we have adapted to the changing needs of the parish and CCW members by engaging speakers to inform our members of both spiritual and social issues relevant to our journey as Catholics through, Leadership, Spirituality, Service, and Fellowship. And of course, have fun fulfilling our mission.
How do we fulfill our mission?
Why should you join? You might already have participated in one of our events or fundraisers. You will grow in your Catholic faith in the company of women who enjoy sharing their talents for the benefit of our parish and the community through service projects and fundraisers. If you need community services hours, what better way to earn the hours than in the service of the Holy Family Community. Many times, we sit in the pews and think this is enough. Join CCW and learn how much more there is to experience and share with the Holy Family Community.
We invite all to journey with us as members of God’s Holy Family.
MONTHLY CCW MEETING:
10 AM in Diffley Hall, September through May unless otherwise noted.
Please see Church Bulletin for details.
