Many of you are having problems with streaming Mass. Judging from what we are reading on the internet, the problem is not just Holy Family, St Petersburg, or even Florida, but nation wide. Parish staff is researching alternatives and we will be back on line as soon as possible.

In a partnership with BayCare Behavioral Health, parishioners can call this confidential helpline which is promptly answered by a masters level mental health professional 24/7/365: 800.878.5470 or baycarepap@baycare.org. The clinician will take one of four directions: provide a referral for three free face-to-face counseling sessions, schedule phone counseling, provide community resources, or immediate crisis counseling. All calls are confidential, names of those seeking assistance are never disclosed to the parish.
Ash Wednesday is February 17. Masses are at 7:30 AM, 9:00 AM, and 7:00PM. There is a service of the word at 12:15PM with distribution of ashes. The words usually used for each person receiving ashes will be said once for everybody and the ashes will be sprinkled on the top of the head instead of the usual smearing with the thumb.

We are beginning to work out the logistics required to resume Sunday Mass. While taking into consideration the needs for resuming Mass on Sunday, we will start slowly.
